Question: What does RealPlayer do?
Answer: RealPlayer is a multimedia program that allows you to watch video and listen to audio on the Internet. You can also download Real media files unto your computer so that you can play them anytime at your convenience.
Question: What does Acrobat Reader do?
Answer: Acrobat Reader is a viewer program which enables you to view a document in its original design, complete with graphics and special fonts, if any. Examples include flyers, brochures, forms, and manuals.
Question: What does MusicMatch Jukebox do?
Answer: MusicMatch Jukebox is an audio program that allows you to listen to MP3 files, which provides CD-quality audio with a much smaller file size compared to WAV files. The advantage of a smaller file size allows for shorter download time for MP3 files compared to WAV files. Another advantage is that MusicMatch Jukebox can convert MP3 files to WAV files, which can be used to burn audio CDs.
How do I download & install RealPlayer?
1. Click on RealPlayer logo.
2. Choose the appropriate version of the RealPlayer for your computer's operating system from the links. A download box will then automatically pop up.
3. Choose a location on your computer where you want the file to be saved.
4. After file is saved, open the file.

2. Fill the form as instructed and click on "download" button at the bottom.

1. Click on Music Jukebox link. MusicMatch Jukebox
2. Select the software language and click on "download basic" button for free download. A download box will then automatically pop up.
3. Choose option to save to your computer, and choose a location on your computer where you want the file to be saved.
4. After file is saved, open the file.

How do I download a video or audio Realmedia file?
1. Point cursor to file size under "Download" column.
2. Click either right or left mouse button (depends on the browser) such that an option to save the file comes up.
3. Choose to save the file to the computer.
